Products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
  • Opened, tested, or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. lashes, adhesives, primers, tweezers).

  • Include: full name, order number, product, and reason for return.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned product.

👉 All shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product was delivered incorrectly or arrived damaged due to our error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
